Thanksgiving Leftovers


The delicious smell of Thanksgiving is over.  Your house clean and quiet for now but guests are due at 1pm.  You open the refrigerator and what do you see?  A dozen aluminum wrapped containers bulging with turkey day trimmings.  Judy will show you how to whip those leftovers into shape.  Recipes will include Turkey/Sweet Potato Salad, Chili and Beans, Turkey Pasta, Turkey Risotto, Turkey Panini, Sweet Potato Pie....and more!

Hanukkah Party: Middle Eastern Menu That’s Fun For Kids Of All Ages


Just in time for Hanukkah!  Judy’s menu will have our family and friends asking for more helpings and for the recipes, too!  Students will learn to prepare finger food: Dolmas, Appetizer Latkes with festive toppings (caramelized apple slices), Hummus with Pita and Veggies, Filo Appetizers (Cheese and Spinach), Apple/Walnut and Honey Strudel....and more.
